Hi guys
I’ve been one of your clients for many years, and at present, you are hosting more than 20 websites and blogs for me. You have been SO helpful with various problems I’ve experienced over the years, and I hope you can help me with this one.
Yesterday, on Tue. 27 July, 2021, after everything had been normal earlier in the day, I started not being able to send emails to anyone, not even to you guys. Each time I tried to send one, all that happened was that this came up.
I tried and tried, inserting every possible password I could think of, but the result was always the same – this came up.
I’ve no idea what to do next.
Because, as I say, I can’t even email you guys, I’ve put my story in this post on one of my blogs and have asked my son, Darren Beck, to email a copy to you guys so you can read it. I can still receive emails, so hopefully you can email me with advice as to what to do. If not, if I find I can’t respond by email to your emails, I’ll add anything further I have to say to this post until I can.
